In augustus 2022 zijn we weer open gegaan met onze mini-agriturismo in Gualdo, nadat we een complete makeover hebben gedaan. We hebben 3 luxe vakantieappartementen in een “nieuwe retrostijl”. Elk appartement heeft een eigen tuin of terras waar je ook een BBQ van Monolith tot je beschikking hebt en kunt genieten van prachtige uitzichten.
Verder bieden we een enorm terras met een geweldig zicht op de bergen van de Monti Sibillini, een buitenkeuken met een Ofyr BBQ, een prachtig aangelegde, 4-seizoenen, landschapstuin van ruim een hectare, diverse wandelpaden met vele zitjes, een buitenfitness van Norwell en een heerlijk zwembad. Je kunt gratis parkeren. Op de parkeerplaats staan ook 2 laadpalen voor elektrische auto’s.
Onze kleinschalige, luxe accommodatie is ontworpen voor mensen die willen genieten van een heerlijke tijd, de rust en ruimte, en is om deze reden dan ook alleen voor 18+.

The apartment was very well equipped and comfortable, amazing pool and plenty of different places to sit and relax on the property. The view from the whole property is really beautiful and special, the whole atmosphere is very peaceful. The bar/bbq/pizza oven area was a really nice touch and a great place to chat to the hosts and other guests. The hosts were very kind, attentive and helpful but also gave us space to relax with privacy. They made great recommendations and also offered to organise a wine tasting for us. The host’s son was also very friendly and helpful.

Geweldige plek, Fijne verhuurders die zeer behulpzaam waren
De accommodatie is zeer comfortabel ingericht, met smaak ingericht. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad is heerlijk en de tuin prachtig. Het geeft een geweldig uitzicht. Vanuit het appartement konden we prachtige fietstochten maken.

Lieve Jeroen en Marleen,
Ons verblijf van een week bij jullie was werkelijk fantastisch! Bij aankomst voelden wij ons meteen erg welkom, we hebben heerlijk geborreld en kennisgemaakt. Wat hebben jullie een mooie accommodatie gecreëerd op een prachtige plek. De appartementen zijn zeer luxe en compleet, jullie hebben werkelijk aan alles gedacht om de gasten het zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken. Wij hebben de omgeving ontdekt en iedere dag op een andere plek gezeten in jullie tuin en genoten van de planten, insecten en fraaie uitzichten en het fijne zwembad. De omgeving is idyllisch en heerlijk rustig, restaurantjes, wandelgebieden en wijnboerderijen prima aan te rijden met de auto. Bedankt voor de leuke tips hiervoor. Nogmaals ontzettend bedankt voor jullie gastvrijheid en wij hopen echt weer een keer terug te komen. Tot dan!

Bellissimo Colpo di Fortuna! Wat was het fijn bij jullie Jeroen & Marleen, het appartement en de buitenkeuken volledig en van alle gemakken voorzien, een fijn zwembad en dat allemaal in een prachtige omgeving. Colpo di fortuna, di nome e di fatto. Un posto magico sospeso in una valle, sospeso nel tempo. Marleen e Jeroen i proprietari sono una coppia con una storia ispirante, fatta di viaggi, amore e perseveranza. Sono arrivati dall’Olanda, hanno cambiato vita, ricominciato per la seconda volta dopo il terremoto che ha distrutto un’intera città. Hanno realizzato con le loro mani, imparando l’arte del design e dell’intaglio, molte parti di una struttura con ogni tipo di confort, moderna ma dal design rustico. L’ospitalità è di altri tempi, più che 2 host, 2 amici. Il pranzo di Capodanno siamo finiti a farlo insieme, condividendo cibo, buon vino e tante storie. Come un genio della lampada Jeroen tirava fuori dalle sue riserve qualsiasi desiderio si potesse esprimere, senza nemmeno bisogno di chiederlo. “Mollo tutto e vado a vivere…. in Italia” .

The best!
We stayed for more than a week with Marleen and Jeroen, while we planned for 3 days! Need I say more? The place as far better than the pictures tell, and these are already stunning.

Quiet and peaceful place, beautiful outdoor area with pool and outdoor kitchen. Tasteful designed and modern equiped luxury apartment with an amazing view of the Sibillini mointains. Lovely hosts who take care of everything and are always available for questions, recommendations and anything else.

"De plek waar je meteen weer naar terug wilt"
Een geweldige locatie waar je heerlijk tot rust kunt komen, kunt genieten van de mooie omgeving, uniek uitzicht op de Monte Sibillini en van de luxe appartementen 😍
De appartementen zijn van alle gemakken voorzien, luxe apparatuur, heerlijke goede bedden en een goede douche 👍🏻
Ook de buitenkeuken waar je pizza’s kunt klaarmaken en de Ofyr om lekker te bakken 😋
Voor de sportieve gasten is er een mooie buiten fitness 💪🏻, er is een fantastisch zwembad met zonneterras 🏊🏻.
Voldoende privacy door diverse zitjes.
Jeroen en Marleen zijn geweldige lieve en gastvrije mensen 😘
Vanuit Gualdo zijn veel leuke plaatsen in de omgeving en de kust 🏖️ te bezoeken.
Wij komen hier inmiddels al 10 jaar met plezier 😎

Paradijs in Le Marche!

Posto bellissimo
We hebben eind september genoten van een heerlijke vakantie bij Colpo di Fortuna. De omgeving is prachtig.
Vanaf het gezamenlijke (zeer ruime terras) was het GENIETEN van het uitzicht, de prachtig aangelegde tuin met zwembad en zelfs een plateau met fitness apparatuur.
Ons appartement (Amsterdam) was stijlvol en luxe ingericht. De keuken was voorzien van allerlei goede keukenapparatuur. De bedden waren prima en er lag voldoende linnengoed voor ons klaar.
Marleen en Jeroen zijn top gastvrouw en gastheer en geven leuke adviezen voor te bezoeken wijnhuizen en restaurantjes in de omgeving.
Tot slot: de schoonheid van de omgeving is niet in woorden te beschrijven ; deze moet je zelf zien en ervaren!
Voor ons was het een topverblijf.

Thuis komen
Rust, ruimte, stunning views, prachtige appartementen met veel gevoel voor stijl en kwaliteit ingericht. Gastvrijheid staat hier op de eerste plaats. Een duik in het zwembad, een workout of gewoon lekker luieren op een van de vele mooie plekjes in de tuin. Eenmaal bij Jeroen en Marleen geweest, dan smaakt het naar meer. Veel meer!

Vakantie met het gezin
Genoten van ons verblijf bij Jeroen en Marleen samen met ons gezin!
De appartementen zijn mooi ingericht, luxe en van alle gemakken voorzien.
Bij het goed onderhouden zwembad is het goed toeven. In alle rust kan je genieten van de prachtige omgeving. Prettige bijkomstigheid is dat er een toilet is zodat je niet helemaal naar boven hoeft.
Voor de sportievelingen onder ons is er buiten een ruimte met goede fitnesstoestellen waar je een gevarieerde workout kunt doen. Een aanrader om zo je dag te beginnen en de schoonheid van de omgeving in je op te nemen, want wat is Le Marche toch mooi!
Als je een keer thuis wilt blijven eten is er een mooie buitenkeuken waar je naar hartelust kunt barbecuen en pizza’s kunt bakken. Schoonzoon Dennis verwende ons regelmatig met o.a. heerlijke bereide kip en zalm. Genoten hebben we ervan!
Jeroen en Marleen zijn fantastische hosts. Ze doen er alles aan om het je in alle opzichten naar je zin te maken en geven veel tips wat je allemaal kunt doen in de omgeving en waar je lekker kunt eten. Ook maken ze regelmatig een gezellig praatje met de gasten.
Colpo di Fortuna is een waar paradijsje op aarde waar we zeker nog een keer naar toe zullen gaan. Een echte aanrader!

Geweldig, kan niet beter
Wat een toplocatie voor een verblijf in de Marken. Aan alles is gedacht, het appartement is super en van alles voorzien. Vanuit het appartement kijk je op een geweldige tuin en omgeving. En wat zijn de eigenaren Jeroen en Marleen lieve, zorgzame en warme mensen. Ze doen er alles aan om het iedereen naar het zin te maken.
Jeroen en Marleen, bedankt voor alles. We hebben genoten van jullie appartement en van jullie gastvrijheid. Jullie zijn toppers.

Posto incantevole adatto x relax con proprietari,gentilissimi e professionali. Tutta la struttura è curata e con tutti i comfort di alta qualità compresa la piscina. Rapporto qualità prezzo onestissimo. I padroni di casa sempre attenti ad ogni esigenza. Nel mio caso visto che ero con una persona anziana hanno avuto la premura di montare un corrimano x facilitarle la salita di una rampa di scale. Che dire, squisiti mi sembra il minimo. Bottiglia di vino e caffè in stanza.4 maremmani e 6 gatti completano la famiglia.

Na zeven jaar was het superfijn om weer terug bij Jeroen en Marleen te zijn!

Het ontbrak ons aan niets. Wat een mooi, smaakvol en compleet ingericht appartement.

Wij verbleven in augustus 2023 in Colpo di Fortuna. Een waanzinnig mooie locatie; een heerlijk zwembad, een zeer compleet en met smaak ingericht appartement en een mooie tuin. Het is er heerlijk rustig.
Jeroen en Marleen zijn gastheer en gastvrouw zoals je ze wenst.
De omgeving is prachtig.
Kortom; een plek om het goede leven te vieren!

Colpo di Fortuna, the place to be
Ook dit jaar was Colpo di Fortuna de bestemming voor onze zomervakantie. Deze keer verbleven we in appartement O’Viv, een fijn, van alle gemakken voorzien en fraai ingericht appartement voor twee personen met een ruim, eigen, terras.
Wat was het weer genieten…..van het warmste welkom dat we ons kunnen wensen, van de hartelijkheid en gezelligheid van Jeroen en Marleen, van het fantastische uitzicht, waar we nog steeds niet genoeg van kunnen krijgen, van het heerlijke zwembad, van de paradijselijke tuin, die volop in bloei stond en waar de vlindertjes om ons heen fladderden….
We missen het, het met een glas heerlijke wijn uit le Marche op “ons” terras of op een van de bankjes op het grote terras zitten en simpelweg kijken en genieten van al het fijns en moois dat Colpo di Fortuna te bieden heeft.
Colpo di Fortuna, wij kennen geen fijner en mooier onderkomen als “uitvalsbasis” voor onze tripjes naar authentieke dorpjes, de Monti Sibillini, de Adriatische kust, onderweg genietend van de prachtige natuur van le Marche. Het is voor ons the place to be en we weten het nu al: tot volgend jaar/ci vediamo l’anno prossimo!

Unique!
We had a wonderful and relaxing week in Colpo di Fortuna. The location is unique, very quiet and one has a stunning view into the valley and the nearby mountains. The gorgeous garden is nicely shaped and layered, and during our stay it was blossoming all the way down to the beautiful swimming pool. We have never seen so many butterflies at the same time and the fireflies in the evening gave a very special feeling.
Our apartment O’Viv was style-fully and high quality furnished and very well equipped.
The hosts Marleen and Jeroen are lovely and very hospitable people. We were impressed by their passion for Italy and their adventure “Colpo di Fortuna”. Indeed, we wish them many “strokes of luck”.

De magie van een tuin
Het is toch altijd weer bijzonder wanneer je ervaart dat de realiteit het verwachtingspatroon overtreft. Dat overkwam ons weer eens tijdens het verblijf in Colpo di Fortuna in Gualdo, Le Marche, Italie in juni 2023
Want wat is Colpo di Fortuna een top accommodatie, waar we ons als gasten zeer welkom voelden. Het appartement (wij hadden appartement Gualdo) is erg fraai en smaakvol ingericht, heeft uitstekende bedden, bevat een prima keuken en heeft een heerlijk ruime design badkamer.
Maar het was vooral de tuin die onze verwachtingen verre overtrof; het zwembad ligt een 50 tal hoogtemeters lager dan de appartementen, maar het pad er naar toe heeft iets magisch met veelkleurige planten en struiken, geurende kruiden, honderden vlinders en vijgen-, noten- en olijfbomen. Dat in combinatie met prachtige vergezichten op de Monti Sibillini (een absolute aanrader om daar een tocht doorheen te maken) maakt deze terrassen tuin tot iets unieks.
Het zwembad is goed, ook ingericht met top materialen en een prima plek om de mede gasten te leren kennen.
De gastvrijheid van Marleen en Jeroen is groot en ze zorgden ervoor dat wij ons zeer welkom voelden. De natuur rond Gualdo en Sarnano is indrukwekkend; het aantal toeristen dat we zijn tegengekomen was laag en ook hier zijn er zeer vriendelijke Italianen.
We raden Colpo di Fortuna zeker aan als u op zoek bent naar een rustig en mooi appartement met zwembad en waanzinnige tuin in een prachtige omgeving.

Still, it is always special when you experience that reality exceeds expectations. That happened to us again during our stay at Colpo di Fortuna in Gualdo, Le Marche, Italy in June 2023
Because what a top-notch accommodation Colpo di Fortuna is, where we felt very welcome as guests. The flat (we had flat Gualdo) is very beautifully and tastefully furnished, has excellent beds, contains a fine kitchen and has a wonderfully spacious designer bathroom.
But it was above all the garden that far exceeded our expectations; the pool is some 50 or so altitude metres lower than the appartments, but the path to it has something magical with multicoloured plants and shrubs, fragrant herbs, hundreds of butterflies and fig, nut and olive trees. That combined with magnificent views of the Monti Sibillini (an absolute must to make a trek through them) makes this terraced garden something unique.
The pool is good, also furnished with top-notch materials and a great place to get to know fellow guests.
Marleen and Jeroen’s hospitality is great and they made us feel very welcome. The nature around Gualdo and Sarnano is impressive; the number of tourists we encountered was low and there are very friendly Italians here too.
We definitely recommend Colpo di Fortuna if you are looking for a quiet and beautiful appartment with pool and insane garden in a beautiful setting.

Wat een prachtig verblijf hebben Jeroen en Marleen gemaakt met Colpo di Fortuna. Deze perfecte gastheer/gastvrouw trakteren de tijdelijke bewoners op een appartement van alle gemakken voorzien, een paradijselijke tuin, een mooi zwembad en een warm welkom.

Een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen…
We hebben een ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad in Colpo di Fortuna. Een mooi appartement met een heerlijk bed en van alle luxe voorzien. Jeroen en Marleen zijn zeer gastvrij; je voelt je er meteen thuis. Verder is de omgeving prachtig en het uitzicht onovertroffen!

One of a kind
We are an Australian/Japanese couple who have lived as well in New York, Singapore, London, and Italy… But, NOWHERE have we stayed on a property like this….full of so much ingenuity, quality and comfort. What else is there to say? We give Colpo Di Fortuna an unreserved endorsement.
